Terms and Conditions – 444 Games Pakistan

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 444 Games ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering, or placing any wager on the 444 Games platform at 444games.biz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms govern all activities on the 444 Games platform, including but not limited to account registration and management, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports betting, casino gaming, crash games, ludo games, virtual sports, and jackpot slots. Where specific games or promotions carry additional rules, those rules supplement — and in the event of any direct conflict, take precedence over — these general Terms.

444 Games reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided via the email address associated with your account and/or a notification within the platform. Continued use of 444 Games following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your remedy is to close your account before the changes take effect.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at 444 Games, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of using the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 444 Games.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account at 444 Games.
• You have not been self-excluded from the platform previously and are not under an active exclusion period.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

You are permitted to hold only one account at 444 Games. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or by using different contact details — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts other than the earliest-registered active account will be closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 444 Games will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@444games.biz and change your password without delay.

Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach before the activity occurred. 444 Games is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

3.3 Account Information

You must keep your account information — including your email address, mobile number, and payment method details — up to date. 444 Games uses the contact information on your account to communicate important notices, including bonus expiry, identity verification requests, and these Terms updates. We are not responsible for communications that fail to reach you because your account information was out of date.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 444 Games will notify you at the email address on file before applying any dormancy administration fee. 4. Deposits

444 Games accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs):

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet)
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa/Mastercard debit card (Pakistani-issued bank cards)

The minimum deposit at 444 Games is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are reflected in your gaming balance within seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to three business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

4.1 Deposit Integrity

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether a family member, friend, or any other person — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be returned to the originating payment account and the associated 444 Games account will be subject to review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 444 Games are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

5.1 Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 5 minutes of approval.
• IBFT bank transfer: 1–4 business hours from approval, subject to receiving bank processing.
• Visa/Mastercard debit: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your 444 Games account must pass identity verification (KYC). This requires submission of a valid CNIC and, for withdrawals above Rs 50,000, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Verification is a one-time process — once your account is fully verified, future withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless your circumstances change.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request submitted before a bonus wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance and any associated winnings. Real-money funds deposited above a claimed bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and remain freely withdrawable at any time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

444 Games offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and crash games typically contribute 100%; live casino and virtual sports typically contribute 10%; sports bets contribute based on the odds at the time of placement.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated bonus validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 500 per round/event unless the promotion explicitly states a higher limit. Bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• 444 Games reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, or reverse bonus funds awarded in error, at any time.

6.1 VIP Club

The 444 Games VIP Club operates under separate terms communicated to eligible players directly. VIP cashback, reload bonuses, and exclusive promotions are subject to their own wagering requirements as detailed in the VIP Club terms. VIP status is awarded and revoked at the discretion of 444 Games based on play activity over rolling assessment periods.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 444 Games are subject to the current odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, 444 Games reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Bets that have already been settled at correct odds will not be retrospectively adjusted.

In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 444 Games. In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any point during an event. A bet that has been accepted and assigned a reference number is binding — bets pending confirmation at the time of suspension are void.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

The rules governing each slot and casino game at 444 Games are displayed within the game interface. Published RTP percentages are based on independent audits of the game's mathematical model. Actual returns over any individual session may differ significantly from the published long-term RTP.

7.3 Crash Games

In crash games, the multiplier at which the game ends is determined by a certified RNG prior to each round commencing. The fairness mechanism (provably fair hash) is displayed at the conclusion of each round. Players who cash out before the crash receive the multiplier at their cash-out point. Players who do not cash out before the crash forfeit their stake for that round.

7.4 Ludo Games

Ludo games at 444 Games follow standard Ludo rules with real-money stakes applied per the game's entry fee structure. Disconnections during a Ludo match are handled according to the in-game disconnection policy displayed at match start.

7.5 Virtual Sports

Virtual sports results at 444 Games are generated by certified RNG. Results are final once the simulation completes and the market settles. No appeal can be made on the outcome of a virtual sports result.

8. Fair Play & RNG Certification

The integrity of every game outcome at 444 Games is underpinned by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG system is independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory on a scheduled basis. Certification reports are available for review upon formal written request submitted to support@444games.biz.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use unauthorised software tools, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes at 444 Games constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where such activity is identified, the relevant account(s) will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Verified cases result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where the activity constitutes fraud — referral to the appropriate authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

444 Games is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a minority of users and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible during the chosen exclusion period.

Increases to deposit or loss limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. 10. Privacy & Data

In summary, 444 Games collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. 11. Account Suspension & Closure

444 Games reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested.
• Account dormancy as defined in Section 3.4.
• Duplicate account detected.

• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@444games.biz. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure set out in Section 5.

12. Limitation of Liability

444 Games provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444 Games is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profit, or revenue arising from a technical fault, disconnection, or platform outage — provided the fault is not attributable to our gross negligence.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss, regardless of how it arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Pakistani law.

13. Amendments to These Terms
